Delivery Options Overview
For orders within the UK mainland, we use UK Mail (www.ukmail.com) or City-Link Express (www.city-link.co.uk) for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your address to sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card with a phone number to call and the depot address where your parcel is held. You can contact the depot to arrange a new delivery date directly with the courier.
For international deliveries, we use Parcel Force Worldwide or DHL. Please track your parcel using the consignment number provided and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Exchange or Return of Goods
- We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
- First, Please email sales@phone-part.com requesting a refund or replacement, and a return request/refund reference number will be issued.
- You may return the item to us if the item is defective or supplied in error by us.
- You will not be able to return any products tampered with, i.e., opened or any seals or wrapping that are not intact.
- You are responsible for any delivery charge on the items you return and the loss or damage to the goods you return to us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery.
- We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
- If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange.
- You can return any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. For any replacement you wish to make, you must send us the faulty goods back within the 14-day period.
The product will not accepted back.
- If LCD was checked after assembly.
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Phone Parts online store;
- An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.

The delivery dates are approximate and based on the information given by our couriers. Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address provided in your order and stated in the Order confirmation before 4.30 pm.

Yes, for deliveries outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply once the order reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If your product is lost during shipment, please report the loss to us. We use multiple third-party couriers for dispatch.
To ensure your order arrives before a UK Bank Holiday, place your order in advance. We will dispatch it as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to possible delays with local post offices or couriers.
